United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Chicago
Services include information and resource services, resource guide, training and information guide, seminars, and assistive technology. UCP provides direct services to adults through Developmental Training, Recreation and Employment and Training in the following Illinois counties: Cook, DuPage, Kane, and Lake. Chestnut Health Systems
Chestnut Health Systems provides comprehensive treatment for children and youth ages zero to 21. Services are designed for effective, short term interventions with a variety of difficulties experienced by young people. Treatment staff is experienced in helping families and children cope with issues such as depression and grief, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioral problems, family conflict, blended family issues, and serious trauma.
